I can’t thank everyone enough for all your support of the Lodge these last couple of months. Again, just a reminder that to make everyone feel more comfortable coming into our Lodge, we have increased our cleaning efforts by sanitizing the bar, bar stools, each table and chairs after each use and deep cleaning every morning before we open.
Thank you for coming out to our Local Member Appreciation Day. We had a great turnout and as always, enjoyed the camaraderie with our friends.
I would like to remind everyone that the Lodge opens at 10 am each Sunday thru October 25th for NFL Sundays. Come in and watch some football and stay for Bingo at 2 pm.
AJ Elks Annual 31 Guns in 31 Days raffle is back and has started. There are only 600 tickets available and can be purchased for $50 at the Lodge or online at ajelks.com/gun-raffle.
Girls Night out is coming up again on the 20th at 6:30 pm. We have started Trivia Night back up every 3rd Wednesday night starting on the 21st. Don’t forget about our Taco Bar Fiesta on the 24th at noon.
On Friday, October 30th, we will be having our annual Halloween Party and Costume Contest starting at 7pm. There will be a $100 cash prize for 1st place best costume and a $50 cash prize for 2nd place best costume. Come out and join us and let’s make it the biggest and best Halloween Party / Costume Contest in town.
Prime Rib will be back on the Friday night menu starting November 6th and the dining room will be open with live music starting at 5 pm.
Last but not least by any means, so far this month we have donated $2,000 to the Arizona Elks Major Projects. One of Arizona Elks Major Projects is the kid’s camp up near Young, AZ, and is a camp that kid’s groups can use free of charge. In the last 2 to 3 years they have built more cabins and put in more activities. If you ever get a chance, and you are out driving towards Young, you should stop into this camp for a visit, you will be amazed.
Thank you for your continued support.
Respectfully,
Sherry Coker
