Hello fellow Elks,
Get ready for Fall as we leave summer behind. Our winter visitors will be returning soon, and we will see all the folks we have missed. We may even meet a few new winter visitors! Exciting news about our growing family. We initiated 15 new members to the Apache Junction Elks Lodge 2349 in September. Please welcome our new Elks into our Lodge and encourage them to participate in our many charitable and social activities.
I’m happy to report on a September activity. We had a phenomenal turnout at the Apache Junction Elks Lodge for the Michael Martin’s Family Fundraiser. Thank you to everyone that participated and helped with organizing and setup. It couldn’t happen without you!
If you haven’t been in the lodge lately, stop in and see what has changed. We acquired a “new to us” shuffleboard table. Come on in and see this new addition. Please respect our new shuffleboard table. Children must be accompanied by an adult while playing. In the later part of September, we got a new Touch Tune Jukebox at our Apache Junction Elks Lodge 2349. It can be operated using an app. You can choose music and play it from your stool or chair directly from your phone. Be aware, previous apps won’t work on this new Jukebox.
Football fans, stop in and support your favorite team. Games will be televised on the screens in the lounge.
The AJ Elks Lodge #2349 Annual Gun Raffle has officially started. This is a long running fundraiser for Scholarships in Apache Junction. Tickets are $50 each. Only 650 tickets are available. Daily drawings start March 1, 2024. Winning tickets are returned to the pot. You can contact the lodge to buy tickets or get them online at https://ajelks.com/gun-raffle/
Tickets purchased online are photocopied and added to the pot for daily drawings. An email will be sent for your records.
